Machining Capabilities

3-axis CNC milling, manual machining, and practical CAD/CAM support for prototypes, one-off components, and small runs.

What We Offer

3-Axis CNC Milling

Custom parts with milled pockets and profiles, plus drilled and tapped features, supported by CAD/CAM programming.

Manual Machining & Surface Grinding

Turning, milling, and surface grinding for secondary operations, modifications, and specialized low-volume work.

CAD/CAM & Project Planning

Reviewing models and drawings, planning setups and toolpaths, and discussing practical options for manufacturability.

Prototypes, One-Offs & Small Runs

Hands-on support for individual components, early-stage designs, and limited quantities, with direct communication throughout the project.

Inspection

We check part dimensions using micrometers, gauge blocks and pins, height gauges, and surface plates. Inspection methods are matched to the features and requirements of each project, with measurement needs discussed before work begins.

Our Process

1. Discuss the Project

Tell us what you need at a high level. We can discuss confidentiality before you share proprietary files.

2. Review Requirements

We review drawings, materials, quantities, tolerances, and inspection needs to confirm the project is a good fit.

3. Agree on Scope & Quote

We confirm the machining approach, price, and expected timing before approved work begins.

4. Machine, Inspect & Deliver

Parts move through machining and dimensional inspection against the agreed requirements, then are prepared for delivery.
